Joan Keating came to Real Estate in 1997 after 15 years of living and working in NYC. A graduate of FIT, she has a background in jewelry, photography and film. Before moving to Pound Ridge, Joan was a manager and producer in the arts. She managed artists like Jeff Koons, Denis Piel & Lynn Goldsmith, and then moved into art film, and television commercial production. Joan left the city for the country in 1996, and began a career in Real Estate Sales.

Joan Keating joined Prudential Holmes & Kennedy in its new Bedford location in January 2007. With more than 12 years real estate sales experience, and annual sales in excess of 20 million, Joan is licensed in both CT & NY, and is an expert in land development and conservation, country estates, and horse properties in Westchester & CT. She is a Certified Distressed Property Expert, and can help homeowners who are "upside down" keep out of foreclosure. Joan is also an expert in waterfront properties from Chappaqua to Millbrook. Joan covers Northern Westchester and Fairfield Counties, including Bedford, Pound Ridge, North & South Salem, Armonk, New Canaan, Ridgefield, Wilton, and the surrounding area.

Joan is on the board of the Pound Ridge Land Conservancy, and works on Green Building projects like the Armstrong House in Pound Ridge. Joan lives in Pound Ridge, and has a home in Chester, CT.
